Time for the annual gathering of kigs to celebrate Christmas in the middle of the UK for a whole 5+ days!

Accommodation

• 16 Bedrooms, 12 of which with en-suites
• Large function room which opens out onto a balcony
• Two lounges, 1 games room with a pool table and a casino room with roulette and blackjack tables
• Large catering style kitchen with industrial oven and dishwasher
• Private Garden with good views and plenty of photo locations
• Hot tub, for use out of kig only
• Artic wood cabin, perfect for themed winter shoots
• Wifi
• Parking for around 30 cars

Release Schedule

To keep things as fair as possible to everyone regardless of what they do for work, spaces will be released in 3 batches at different times on different days as per the following plan.

• 20 spaces at 20:00 BST on Saturday 21st June
• 10 spaces at 18:00 BST on Tuesday 24th June
• 10 spaces at 12:00 BST on Thursday 26th June

Spaces will be launched manually and announced in discord once they are live, at which point the following booking form should become active. To book a space at this meet, you will need to pay a deposit of £80 GBP via PayPal, once all spaces have gone live then the option to pay the remaining amount will become active.

Payment Information

All payments will be made to the event organiser (Cloud Tied) through either PayPal (use the forms below) or via bank transfer (contact Cloud for details).

Once the payment is confirmed then Cloud will contact you to confirm and get any extra details as needed.
